House Republicans Pursue Perjury Charges Against Hillary

Congressmen press DOJ to act on evidence showing Hillary willfully lied during sworn testimony

Members of the House Oversight Committee and Judiciary Committee are pointing out evidence taken directly from sworn testimony which may lead to perjury charges against Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Republicans Jason Chaffetz and Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte penned a letter to the US attorney for the District of Columbia presenting key pieces of information showing Clinton willfully lied during an October 22, 2015, interrogation regarding the Benghazi debacle, in which she also answered questions concerning her illegal private email server.
“The four pieces of sworn testimony by Secretary Clinton described herein are incompatible with the FBI’s findings,” the letter to US Attorney Channing D. Phillips says.
A representative for the Justice Department responded to the request on Aug. 2 saying they would “take appropriate action as necessary,” however no timeline was offered.
An accompanying video asking “Were Hillary Clinton’s Statements False?” was also recently uploaded to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Youtube channel comparing Clinton’s testimony with statements by FBI Director James Comey.

In their letter, Chaffetz and Goodlatte point out Clinton misled Congress when she said she had not handled “classified” information.
“Secretary Clinton stated ‘there was nothing marked classified on my emails, either sent or received,'” the letter to the US attorney reads.
But Clinton’s comments are contrasted by FBI Director Comey’s July 5 announcement, in which he said a “very small number of the emails containing classified information bore the markings indicating the presence of classified information.”Additionally, Comey stated Hillary’s lawyers “did not individually read the content of all her e-mails,” despite Clinton claiming to Ohio Republican Congressman Jim Jordan that her team “went through every single email.”“Contrary to her sworn testimony, Secretary Clinton’s lawyers did not read each email in her personal account to identify all the work related messages,” Chaffetz’s and Goodlatte’s letter points out.The letter also highlights the fact that Hillary claimed she only used one private server during her tenure as secretary of state, but the FBI director said they discovered several servers.“Clinton used several different servers and administrators of those servers during her four years at the State Department and used numerous mobile devices to review and send e-mail on that personal domain,” Comey stated.Finally, Clinton claimed to have turned over all “work related emails,” however the FBI located “several thousand work related emails that were not in the group of 30,000 that were returned by Secretary Clinton to State in 2014.”Speaking to Fox News, retired assistant FBI director Steven Pomerantz said a decision to pursue perjury charges given the weight of the evidence should take mere weeks.“A violation of 18 USC 1621 can lead to a fine, imprisonment up to five years, or both though legal experts said the crux of the case will rely on showing intent,” reports Catherine Herridge.

Hillary Clinton apparently suffers from Parkinson’s or a similar disease and experiences seizures from flashing lights, such as camera flashes at press conferences, the Secret Service told Infowars.
Additionally, the federal government has reportedly spent nearly a quarter-million dollars to add handicap steps on government vehicles because Hillary struggles with balance, a fact already established by a Reuters photo showing two men helping Hillary up stairs.

The revelations explain her odd, epileptic behavior on camera and why she avoids press conferences in general.
Her health is deteriorating badly; over the past several months Hillary has suffered several seizures and near-comatose freeze-ups during speeches which, combined with her previous blood clot, concussions and severe coughing fits, reveal she’s hiding serious medical issues that jeopardize her ability to hold public office.



Sources inside the Secret Service initially contacted Infowars reporter Joe Biggs at the Republican National Convention and followed up with details about Hillary’s health out of respect for the public’s interest and national security.
Similarly, a law enforcement official told Breitbart that Hillary was late returning to a debate with Bernie Sanders due to a “flare up of problems from a brain injury.”
“These long-lasting symptoms stemming from a concussion and blood clot, according to a neurologist, suggest Clinton is suffering from post-concussion syndrome, which can severely impact her cognitive abilities,” Breitbart reported in Jan.Additionally, one of the men who helps Hillary up stairs is said to be her personal physician and was also photographed holding what appeared to be a Diazepem auto-injector pen used to treat reoccurring seizures.
ABC News claimed the reported physician was a “Secret Service agent” when he rushed Hillary’s podium during one of her freeze-ups, but he was previously filmed wearing casual attire – like a doctor – while every Secret Service agent near him was wearing a suit.The physician also had no problem pushing Secret Service agents out of his way to reach Hillary and tell her to keep talking during her freeze-up.
“A number of New York Democrats, very prominent, well-known, wealthy New York Democrats, told me last year that Hillary had very significant health issues and that they were surprised that she was running in view of her health problems and her lack of stamina,” Washington insider Roger Stone said. “So far, she’s run a very controlled campaign.”“I don’t think she has the physical stamina to be president.”Medical expert and former State Dept. official Dr. Steve Pieczenik agreed, stating at this point Hillary “is not qualified, physically, mentally or emotionally to be President of the United States.”“I would say that she has a brain tumor, neuroblastoma, or that she has possibly an onset of Alzheimer’s disease which begins as what we would call Subcortical Vascular Dementia,” said Dr. Pieczenik on The Alex Jones Show Tuesday. “I demand that she have an independent medical neurological evaluation by people who are neither Republican nor Democrat, to evaluate her mental status and physical status to be the President of the United States.”“I demand that Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons release the records on the neurological workup of a potential President of the United States.”

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are founding members of ISIS by bankrolling, arming and supporting jihadists in Syria and Libya to both destabilize the Middle East and expand the domestic police state.
Clinton even even admitted in 2009 that the U.S. government – staffed with many of her closest allies – was responsible for al-Qaeda, which morphed into ISIS.

They retreated, they lost billions of dollars, and it led to the collapse of the Soviet Union. So there’s a very strong argument, which is: It wasn’t a bad investment to end the Soviet Union, but let’s be careful what we sow, because we will harvest.
